Umialik’s Parent Group Named to 2018 Ward's Top 50

We are pleased to announce that Umialik’s parent group, Western National Insurance Group, has once again been named to the Ward's 50 Benchmark Group of top performing U.S. property-and-casualty companies. Being named to this group recognizes Western National for achieving outstanding financial results in the areas of safety, consistency, and performance over a five-year period (2013 - 2017). This is the 13th time in the past 14 years (and the 10th consecutive year) that Western National has been named to this list of top performers.

This recognition highlights not only solid business planning but also the hard work of our employees and our partner agents, whose production and service efforts have significantly impacted our ability to maintain financial strength and stability.
